My hands trembled as I sat in the waiting room dreading the information that would change my life forever. Tears made their way over the brims of my eyes and down my cheeks. I unwillingly looked up when I heard the clicking of heels on the tile floor. Selena was standing over me with flushed cheeks and tired eyes, I watched as she lowered herself down next to me.
